Indispensable: adjective Definition: Absolutely Necessary

In a nutshell, my business philosophy is to be simply indispensable for my client. It’s a very straight forward concept, and it means that I am paramount for my customers’ success, I am a crucial link for their accomplishments, a key part of their business.

I love a good transaction, but I’m not transaction oriented, instead I am focused on the big picture outcome for the client. Another way to think about big picture outcome is that Sanford Enterprises is customer centric – a business philosophy that is not about immediate delivery of my services but assisting the client in any way to strengthen their business long-term, and that strengthens my long-term relationship with client. I will do what needs to happen to ensure the client’s short and long terms successes. Thus, Sanford Enterprises is a relationship driven business.

In short, I got a “whatever it takes” attitude. I’ve been known to negotiate with beneficiaries, creditors for the client, negotiate with a bank, and a vendor, drafted a business plan so client can obtain financing, submit a liquor license application, then present in front of the alcohol license review committee (ALRC), and at common council to secure that license. Also, I do introduce my attorney into many of my client transactions, and sometimes he becomes their atorney as well – then we now are a solid team. Although, that could pose a problem if I had a legal dispute with the client because my atorney has a conflict of interest. I have never worried about that at all – because that won’t happen.

Hey, if you are indispensable, then your customer can’t live without you.
